Accepted purchase contract, complete with any amendments of counteroffers,
signed by all parties (not required for pre-qualification). |

2. Copy of most recent
bank statements, complete all pages, for all checking, saving,
CD's, investment and retirement accounts. |

Pay stubs covering most recent 30 days. |

2 years Federal Tax Returns, complete will all schedules and
W-2's. |

Tax Returns, for all Corporations or Partnerships you have an

your Social Security or pension income, bring a copy of your most
